ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
This job is found in Regional Bureaux (RBs), Country Offices (COs), Area/Field Offices (AOs/FOs). Job holders performing front office management functions typically report to the Partnership Officer.
At this level, job holders are expected to demonstrate responsibility and initative to respond independently to various queries with only general guidance. They have responsibility for undertaking specialized donor and reports writing work. There is a requirement to use judgment in dealing with unforeseen problems on a daily basis.
JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate and control a full range of tasks for a specific professional area of work, to ensure that tasks are delivered effectively.

STANDARD MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area. Completion of undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Political Science, International Development, Development Economics, Marketing Communications, Media or other relevant field is desirable.
Language:
Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Arabic. Knowledge of one additional UN language would be advantageous.
Experience:
6 years of relevant experience in the sphere of data collection and analysis, and reporting. Additionally, computer soft skills including work on Power Point, Excel, and specific online systems.
