Context

Our personnel mostly speak French, making it challenging for them to express themselves clearly in English. This can interfere with their professional development. The goal of the English courses is to help these personnel acquire tips on how to become fluent in English, and practice English on a more regular basis. UNV Madagascar is looking for three online volunteer to conduct English class for their personnel. Specifically, this task involves finding innovative ways to conduct English lessons. The aim is to develop and provide materials and strategies that will help our colleagues to cope well with English in all four compete

Task Description

The online volunteer will do the following: Develop a lesson plan by taking into account a pre-assessment that will have already been conducted to evaluate the personnel competency in English ; Deliver some English classes, by ensuring that all competencies are covered (listening, speaking, writing and reading) ; At the end of the assignment, on the last lesson, administer a test to the participants to assess their level after 12 weeks of lessons ; Deliver a certificate to the participants who have succeeded to the all the assessments (test, interview…) with all required criteria.
