What does an Unattended Retail CDL Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?
This is a dynamic role that gives you the opportunity to be involved in several different aspects of our business by delivering great-tasting products to our local customers. You are responsible for replenishment of unattended retail points of sale (vending machines), rotating products and driving sales volume.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated locations. Follow predetermined delivery routes and schedules, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries while adapting to various traffic and weather conditions. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the well-being of yourself, other road users, and the cargo
• Load and unload beverage products utilizing proper handling techniques to prevent damage or breakage
  Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Utilize electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatchers to provide updates on delivery progress, delays, or issues
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, both internally and externally
• Interact professionally with customers and consumer, establish positive relationships with customers
• Maintain valid CDL-A license
• Complete all assigned training
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Class A CDL license and must be able to drive standard transmissions
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customer, clients, and team members
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
