National Individual Consultant: To develop Climate Budget Tagging, Expenditure Tracking Systems, Capacity Building, and Training for Planning and Finance Departments of the Government of Balochistan

 

 

Please submit your proposal as per the TORs attached for the provision of National IC.

 

Scope of Work

The main objective of this consultancy is to develop a robust climate budget tagging and expenditure tracking system tailored to the specific needs of the Government of Balochistan. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for building the capacity of the Planning and Finance Departments and training government officials on the effective use of these systems.

 

Under the overall supervision and guidance of UNDP and Climate Change and Environment Department, , the scope of work for the consultant will cover the following:

 

The consultant will undertake the following tasks:

  • Assessment of Current Systems:
  • Development of Climate Budget Tagging System:
  • Development of Climate Expenditure Tracking System:
  • Capacity Building of Planning and Finance Departments by imparting training:
  • Documentation and Reporting:

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
