Country: Mongolia

Description of the Assignment: UNDP Mongolia Coun try Office is looking into contracting a National consultant on Results-based planning consultant. The aim of the assignment is to implement following outputs:

1. Inclusive, Green Economy Principles integrated into Mongolia’s Five-Year Development Guideline (2026–2030) in alignment with LT-LEDS, NDC Update, and NBSAP (UNDP, UNEP, ILO)

2. Development of a Green Financing Framework and Investment Plan (UNDP, UNEP, UNITAR)

3. National Stakeholder Engagement and Consensus Building for Inclusive green transition focusing on Just Transition (UNDP, ILO)

Period of assignment/services : 50 working days (until 30 November 2025)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
