Introduction

Country: Bangladesh

Description of the Assignment: The National Consultant will work on updating the existing national cooling plan, identifying the importance of the RAC sector in Bangladesh, the gaps in terms of energy efficiency, mechanisms that can be used to work towards energy efficiency in the cooling sector and identifying the various institutions, policy and legislative requirements to do so.

Period of assignment/services: 1 August 2025 – 31 October 2025 (65 working days)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
