Job Title: User Interface Designer / UI Designer
Location: Fort Mills, SC
Employment Type: Contract – 06 Months w/possible extension

position will function as a User Interface Designer in Technology Strategy and will work within the department to design and test approaches to new and existing on-line applications. Candidate will provide user interface design on financial web applications.

• Project Reviiew and Research
• Interactive Designs
• User Interface Design Documents
• User Feedback Support
• Concepts and design for special projects
• Team participation throughout SDLC
• Prototyping
• UAT

Qualifications:

• Minimum education Required: BA in design or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum experience Required: (including years of experience) 5 years experience in usable, on-line interactive design. Financial industry experience preferred.
• Software/Systems Skills Required/Preferred: Experience with User Interface Design programs such as Photoshop; Illustrator; Flash; and Dreamweaver is encouraged
• This position interacts with the business and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential; the successful candidate will be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task over across a number of technology initiatives.
• A strong candidate for this position will be able to assist in usability testing, design ideation, wire-framing, and design execution
