Staffmark is hiring a dependable and hardworking Utility Stacker to support production operations in Franklin, LA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Pay: $25.00/hr

Schedule: Rotating Shifts – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Stack and organize finished products on pallets according to guidelines
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues
  • Keep work areas clean and support line setup/cleanup
  • Operate scanners and follow barcode procedures
  • Ensure packaging meets company and customer requirements
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Operate pallet jacks or forklifts if certified
  • Assist in other production areas as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow instructions and read work orders
  • Basic scanner or computer skills
  • Able to multitask and work safely
  • Physically fit – able to stand, bend, and lift during 12-hour shifts
  • Flexible to work rotating day/night shifts
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Industrial equipment experience a plus
