Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is seeking Utility Stewards to join our team.
This position handles equipment (both dirty & clean), cleans and sanitizes equipment (both manually and with automated equipment – dish machine), sweeps and mops floors in the kitchen and pantry areas. The position adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Utility steward preferred, but not required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk, lift up 50 lb. and push and pull up to 100 lb. with or without reasonable accommodation and assistance.
• Ability to work a full eight-hour shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to transport heavy equipment through public areas, including the Kitchen environment, pantries, and several crowed areas both in the back and front of the house areas in a safe and professional manner.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, and cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include late hours, weekends and holidays
