We are seeking a UX Designer to drive the design efforts for our digital products. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be involved throughout the UX process from strategy and concept through to high-fidelity execution.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.
• Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to streamline design processes and implementing nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
• Collaborated closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
• Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
• Ability to be both hands-on and provide clear direction to others.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
