Description :What is so great about this role?The successful candidate will be a dynamic, team and detail-oriented individual accountable for the on-time tracking, development, and completion of assigned projects. They will contribute to the continuous improvement cycle of Teknion’s marketing technology stack as project manager, researcher, strategist, and content creator. They will interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and coordinate projects with external vendors. They are a key member of the Digital Corporate Marketing Team and a continuous learner, remaining current to evolving digital needs of an organization.What will you be doing?Project Manager

• Lead project management for major digital infrastructure development projects, ensuring successful and timely completion.

Create and maintain project schedules to keep all activities on track.Provide regular updates to executives, highlighting progress and achievements.Support designers by handling key project tasks such as contract management, status presentation building, storing completed work, QA testing, and troubleshooting.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, actively participating in meetings and efficiently recording and tracking action items to ensure follow-up and accountability.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Content StrategistManage and track content projects. Parse project requirements into actions for designers and data entry teams.Oversee the correct storage of content into the Digital Asset Management system, making sure things are stored and go live after completion.Data management and entryUser Research and AnalysisConduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.Analyze user data and feedback to improve the user experience.Team Collaboration and CoordinationCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers.Ensure that team members are aligned with project goals and responsibilities.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.What qualifications are required?Post secondary education or 5 years relevant work experience in the digital spaceStrong project managementExcellent computer and technical skills and comfortable use of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Google Apps)Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is an assetExperience with one or more of the following is an asset: content management systems, marketing automation, copywriting, video editing, HTML, JavaScript, and CSSExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with eye for typography and graphic standardsAbility to multi-task, take initiative and work well under time-sensitive deadlinesOpen to learning, testing, adopting and training others on new media types and softwareWhy you should grow with us?
