Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Project Manager will oversee high-profile concrete high-rise residential projects in Vancouver. You’ll play a key role in driving the success of multi-tower developments, working with top developers, architects, and consultants to deliver iconic projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Your Impact & ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution: Lead multi-tower, high-rise residential projects from start to finish. Ensure effective project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and mentor a diverse team, including engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.Financial Oversight: Maintain control over project finances, manage cost reports, change orders, and ensure timely billing and payments.Quality & Risk Management: Implement robust risk mitigation strategies and ensure projects meet all safety and quality standards.Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main point of contact between developers, consultants, and financial partners. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.What You Bring to the Table5-8 years of experience in concrete high-rise residential project management.Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects from pre-construction through to occupancy.Expertise in using construction management software like Procore, BIM, and Primavera/MS Project.Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and construction methodologies in Vancouver and BC.A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.Certifications like PMP, LEED, Gold Seal, or Passive House are a plus.Why Now?
