Technician & MOT Tester Required in Hindhead, Surrey

• Pay: Up to £35,500 Basic Per Annum
• Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (30-minute unpaid lunch break and two unpaid tea breaks) + Saturdays on a rota basis paid as overtime

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and diagnostics following manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform both mechanical and electrical repairs on passenger vehicles.
• Carry out MOT tests for vehicles (Class 4, 5, and 7) – a valid MOT Tester certification is required.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and parts used.
• Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Ideal Technician / MOT Tester Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician in a similar environment.
• MOT Tester certification (Class 4 essential, Class 5 and 7 desirable).
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
