Visual Display Associate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Display Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for design who is eager to showcase products in a way that drives customer engagement and enhances the shopping experience.

General Objectives:

As a Visual Display Associate, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining showroom floor displays, designing and creating merchandising displays, and presenting fixtures that reflect our brand’s quality and style.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store leadership to plan and design showroom floor layouts, focal points, and displays
• Design displays based on themes, trends, style, and current advertising
• Incorporate accessories to complement and enhance displays
• Optimize lighting to highlight displays and boost customer interaction
• Arrange tags and signage to improve merchandise presentation and reflect promotions
• Set up, maintain, and remove displays based on direction from store leadership and promotions
• Maintain accurate inventory records for display materials
• Receive, replenish, uncrate, and assemble accessories

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of practical experience in interior design, display merchandising, or home staging
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Interior Design preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and comfortable using ladders
