Job Summary
Under the direct guidance of SRD Center, it is anticipated that vocational training workshops will be organized in Ninewa governorate – Iraq. the trainer will perform the following tasks:
- Assist in establishment of vocational training workshops and provide necessary information to partners and clients.
- Assist in selection of trainer assistants and and provide regular support and feedback for the project manager as well as to field coordinators in-charge.
- Provide regular and quality technical training to the target participants in one or more of the target areas: Mosul, Telafar, Hamdaniya, and Qayyara.
- Assist in organizing and attend weekly meeting and review sessions.
- Create a database of participants of the related training course and their activities in your workshop and submit to manager.
Take regular attendance of the participants. - Ensure the timely completion of training sessions for each workshop and starting of new workshops reflected in the work plan.
- Any other assignments given by the supervisor as the field requires
Job Requirements
1. University degree related to at least one of the selected training topics:
- Solar power systems installation and maintenance
- Electrical Installation Standards and Maintenance
- Mechanical Installation Standards and Maintenance
- Maintenance & repair of electrical generators
- Maintaining of electric elevators
- Maintenance of machinery, equipment and types of welding
- Maintenance of Air Conditioning Split Unit System
- Construction Materials Standard Tests
- Health and Safety in the Workplace
2. Strong both oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
3. Experience in training.
4. Good computer skill.
5. Knowledge in oral and written Arabic.
