VP, Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients in the industrials sector such as: buy & sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, as well as cap mrkts processes, incl. debt & equity offerings. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Master’s or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions; Executing investment banking transactions & processes in a global firm environment, incl. both M&A & cap mrkts product.
