Warehouse Administrator

We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Administrators to join us at our Sainsbury’s site in Langlands Park, East Kilbride. You will be responsible for carrying out the clerical functions of the warehouse and operate the computerised elements of the warehouse operational system to ensure the completion of all tasks in line with standards and scheduled requirements.

This is a part-time, permanent role, working on Saturday and Sunday, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00 or 22:00-06:00. Choose what suits you best!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to aid the warehouse operation and enable safe and timely completion of tasks
• Be committed to continuous development in line with operational needs, constantly striving for increased efficiency, productivity, and growth
• Meet and exceed the needs of customers, demonstrating and promoting customer focused approach to operational activities
• Assist with other administrative or support duties where necessary as designate by the line manager

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in administrative function within logistics is essential
• Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Good organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure
