Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our Heineken site in Croydon. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of ‘any 5 days out of 7’ covering the hours of 08:00 – 16:00 and 10:00 – 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You will be responsible for all administrative duties including stock allocation, dispatch, and transport
- Processing orders through SAP and handling all administration duties related to goods in
- Completing driver debriefs and downloading tacho graph data
- Reporting accidents, near misses and/or dangerous occurrences to a member of management
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Have a flexible approach to working times and be able to multitask
- Be IT literate (SAP, JDA, and MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Transport industry knowledge would be an advantage
