Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a vital role in the production of small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. You will be involved in various tasks within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and push carts of product.
• Move materials around the facility and perform lifting and labor tasks.
• Ensure high attention to detail and initiative in all work tasks.
• Maintain a high level of attendance and adapt to different duties based on production goals.
• Conduct quality checks on small metal parts and follow diagrams and instructions.
• Perform visual and physical inspections using pictures to identify product issues.
• Handle materials in the Press and Conveyance departments, moving materials and organizing communication.
• Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Perform QA inspection processes and follow inspection standards.
• Initiate non-conformance reports and document inspection findings.

Essential Skills

• experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving.
• Proficiency in production handling, assembly, order selecting, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform general labor tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and understand work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a production facility or warehouse.
• Ability to lift materials overhead repeatedly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, standing on your feet all day for 8-10 hour shifts. Collaborate with a team, working in your own station but never fully alone.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.75 – $16.80/hr.
