PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Management professional to partner with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility, ensuring logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly support programs, departments, customers, and suppliers, keeping the flow of materials and parts moving to meet critical deadlines.

What You’ll Do

As part of the logistics team, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations that keep aerospace maintenance and repair programs on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ship customer units, parts, tooling, and other items in compliance with domestic and international import/export requirements.
• Receive, process, and document incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and transport of units using forklifts and cranes.
• Maintain clear, organized, and accurate documentation for all logistics activities.
• Keep the work area organized, safe, and clean.
• Collaborate across multiple departments and programs to ensure on-time delivery and support.
• Perform additional logistics duties as assigned to support facility operations.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and related equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing logistics.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of MRO facility operations.

Pay Details: $23.48 per hour
