We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Logistics Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Tonbridge, Kent. This is a permanent position with an immediate start, supporting the Shift Managers in a fast-paced, multi-channel logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:You will lead a team within a 24-hour warehouse operation, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of logistics functions including Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, and Reverse Logistics. This hands-on leadership role includes people and performance management, health and safety oversight, and supporting shift administrative tasks.Requirements:Minimum 1 year+ warehouse experience, ideally within a Retail or Multi-Channel environmentProven Team Leader experience in a warehouse settingExperience working on operational shifts in a fast-paced, 24-hour logistics environmentFamiliarity with health & safety, people management, and performance managementAbility to operate across all logistics functions: Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Reverse LogisticsForklift licence/experience requiredStrong communication and team leadership skillsOrganised, proactive, and performance-drivenWhat We Offer:Permanent role with immediate startSupportive and dynamic work environmentOpportunities for development and progression within the logistics teamTo apply, please send your CV to DionneB@kpir.co.uk
