About the Role

We’re looking for a day shift Warehouse Supervisor who’s ready to take charge of our warehouse operations and drive efficiency, safety, and service to the next level. This is your chance to make a real impact in a company that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely product movement.
• Develop and implement procedures for shipment verification, material handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget; analyze and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and improve departmental performance and service metrics.
• Plan optimal storage layouts and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and service.
• Manage hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for warehouse staff.
• Enforce food safety policies and ensure staff are trained accordingly.
• Operate equipment and assist in warehouse tasks when needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain facility grounds, including snow removal.
• Substitute in roles such as forklift operator or shipping clerk when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for logistics, team development, and operational excellence? If so, we want to meet you!

• Associate’s degree in production operations or related field, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience; or 6-8 years of progressive warehouse experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and storage systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety and operational documents.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and team members.
• Solid math skills including fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios.
• Ability to solve problems and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment and business software.
