Warehouse Systems Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re working together with Waitrose and looking for a Warehouse Systems Administrator to join our team in Reading. You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 14:00-22:00. This role will require some degree of flexibility to cover other shift when necessary.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll receive:

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Carrying out PI functions including warehouse and public store stock checks
• Inputting of inbound and outbound deliveries on DLX (public store WMS)
• Resolving stock issues and reporting discrepancies to the Stock and Systems Manager
• Completing other administrative duties as required

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience in stock function within logistics beneficial
• Excellent IT skills including MS 365 apps such as Excell
• Knowledge and experience working with WMS system essential
• Flexible in your approach regarding hours and days worked
