This is also entry level, we will be training them on our processes which have gotten pretty specific now, and so we do not need experience. We only need someone who can meet the expectations of the position.

8am to 4:30pm M-F Reporting to Stacey.

Please see below some key job responsibilities we are hoping to work up to:

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure products are handled safely to minimize damage.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, Pickers, and other material-handling equipment safely.

Facility Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Receiving and Processing Shipments:

• Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Compliance and Safety:

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in safety training programs.

Scanner and Technology use:

• Ability to be trained and use inventory scanner system with possible computer work.

$18 per hour is what we want to offer, however, if they have forklift on both propane and electric picker we will look at $19.

The position will eventually require forklift and electric picker certification, but before getting into that we are happy to test someone out in the position to make sure they’re a good fit before going down that road. I believe you helped us with both Saul and Adrian. Just fyi, in order to drive forklift here we have made it mandatory that the person have a drivers license.
