Based on-site at HMP Drake Hall you will deliver Retail and Customer Service qualifications to small groups of prison based learners, offering the opportunity to develop business ideas into plans and develop knowledge and skills to support their aspirations to set up a business.Our Tutors ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.What are we looking for?

• An expert in your field with substantial vocational experience and qualified to teach Level 1 Retail & Customer service course
• Experience of delivering vocational based training
• A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
• Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners
• Extended knowledge of soft skills, dealing with customers, managing complaints etc.
• Wide range of knowledge based in a retail or customer facing role, ideally from a store / centre manager position.
