Safety is the cornerstone of our culture, because if we are not safe, nothing else matters.Your Opportunity at SECUREThe Waste Labourer is responsible for day-to-day duties on site needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion and maintain a clean work site. This position must also adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the site team.Work EnvironmentThis position is located in Fort McMurray, Alberta and is fly in, fly out of Edmonton or Calgary on a shift rotation.A Day in The Life

• Provide logistics support, including delivery and pickup of waste containers at the Horizon site
• Ensure waste containers are field-ready for clients
• Assist third-party transporters with loading waste for disposal
• Sample waste for lab testing
• Maintain necessary supplies
• Support on-site project execution

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of General Labourer experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Oil & Gas service experience is an asset
• Waste management experience is an asset (training provided)
• Willingness to work extended days away from home (camp accommodations and flights provided)
• Physically capable of performing labour-intensive work
• Strong communication skills
• Forklift (Telehandler) experience
• Trailer towing experience
