The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of large-scale review and remediation work on a case-based activity. The role requires a firm understanding of the Risk Based Approach as well as efficient working practices to ensure tasks are delivered with the minimum amount of delay to complete several given cases in a quick time.

YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Participating in strategic projects with key clients (leading Swiss Financial Institutions) to deliver exciting and complex transformation plans in the Risk&Compliance domain
• Performing reviews and controls related to KYC analysis and remediation, transaction monitoring, client identification and operational risks
• Clear articulation of the requirements for KYC to the business or colleagues across the organization
• Contributing to the marketing efforts of Capco in the Risk&Compliance domain (thought leadership, events, articles, RFPs)
• Ability to manage a workload of files being worked concurrently in an efficient manner
• Handling of special cases with an efficient approach to deal with additional, not standard procedure following requirements to check and validate the special case
• Discuss, Report, Sound and Escalate in case of uncertainties
• Being part of our journey to become the leading consultancy in the Risk&Compliance domain in the Swiss Wealth&Asset Management industry

YOUR CAPCO FIT 

• At least 5 years of experience in Risk and Compliance roles in the Wealth&Asset Management industry, in leading banks or consultancies.
• A minimum of 2 years KYC related experience gained within personal, corporate banking and/or wealth management, or any other financial institution dealing with client / investor KYC checks
• Passionate for the industry, eager to learn and evolve and able to connect the dots between business and technology.
• Collaborative, proactive, bold and outspoken.
• Self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and ability to establish and deliver on priorities.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and being part of a high performing team
• Excellent communication skills in English and German coupled with presentation skills. Any additional language is a plus.
