One of our web development agency clients in the GTA is growing AGAIN! Our client is well regarded to design and build scalable, beautiful, and cutting-edge websites and digital experiences that provide seamless technology integrations. This opportunity is open to candidates within Canada who are permanent residents with a preference of being located in the GTA (Ontario).The Project Manager will serve as a vital connection between our client’s internal teams and their customer’s key stakeholders, ensuring timely project development and success. You will lead strategic planning, onboarding, and project management practices that enhance client outcomes while promoting collaboration. Your role includes identifying and mitigating project risks, managing resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, preferably in a digital or web agency environment, especially with Enterprise websites.
  • Experience in managing website development and implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Builder.io, and Headless WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web frameworks (Next.js, React), Google Tag Manager, and web personalization.
  • Proven skills in analytical thinking, strategy, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Lead website implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment, including schedules, scopes, and budget estimations.
  • Create and maintain business and technical requirements documentation.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee and prioritize the website project roadmap, managing multiple projects using Scrum and Sprint methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the development team on Jira requests and sprints to prevent delays.
  • Conduct daily internal standups and weekly client updates.
  • Manage daily client communications and keep Notion project statuses current.
  • Participate in RFP responses and project planning.

This is a temp role but could lead to a perm role for the right individual. Management team is fantastic, and candidates with a “can do” attitude will be considered. Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
