Multi Modality Weekends – Sign on Bonus

• Location: Crystal Lake Hospital
• Pay Range: $39.58 – $59.37
• Sign On Bonus Eligible for Full Time Positions!
  • $5,000 – 1 Year Commitment
  • $10,000 – 3 Year Commitment
• Shifts: Days 3-12 hr shifts, with a weekend and holiday rotation
• Hours per week: 36

Shift differential for qualifying shifts (PM shift 15% of base pay, up to $4.50 per hour / Night shift 20% of base pay, up to $6.00/hour)

Job Duties:

• Maintains active status in the modalities in which they practice.
• Assists the department coordinator by providing clinical leadership, completes projects, advanced level clinical duties and regular assignments as requested.
• Is competent in all exams performed within the assigned modalities.
• Corroborates patient clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the radiologist.
• Prepares the patient for procedures, providing instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.
• Selects and operates imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories to successfully perform procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• ARRT Radiography registration required
• ARRT Computed Tomography registration preferred (or must be obtained within one years of hire)
• IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in Illinois
• WI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in Wisconsin
• Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
