Seeking a self-motivated team member and good communicator to join our team.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years TIG/MIG welding experience in a shop type environment.
- Use TIG and/or MIG welding to maintain/produce a level of output that will minimize production delays and maximize production.
- Must have strong background and experience in using a variety of fabrication tools.
- Ability to weld vertical, flat and overhead welds with a good penetration and a quality appearance.
- Produce strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent
- Weld parts per shop routings.
- Must be able to read a print.
- Ability to read a tape measure and angle finders.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds +.
- Operate the equipment in a safe manner and report hazards to the Production Manager.
- Follow required procedures and use appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process.
- Cleans and maintains an orderly work area.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a professional environment.
- Self-motivated, team member and good communicator..
- Ability to meet/exceed goals.
- Follow both written and verbal instruction, with the ability to retain information
