Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am – 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Weld components in various positions
– Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to welding, using straightedges, squares, clamps and fixtures
– Receive instructions, blueprints, and work orders for the job
– Examine work to check for defects
– Record materials used and time spent on job
– MIG and TIG weld pieces to form product being manufactured
– Operate forklift/crane (only after training and certification)
Welder Requirements:
– Able to lift up to 60 pounds on occasion, team lift/crane over 60 pounds
– Prolonged standing, bending, squatting for 8-hour to 12-hour shifts
– Perform physical labor for extended periods of time
– Able to work in hot-cold environments (50 degrees – 100 degrees) weather depending on the season
– Proven track record of several years of solid work history (please include details of your work experience on your resume)
– Previous welding experience (MIG and/or TIG)
– Strong attention to detail
– Able to read a tape measure
– Excellent attendance
