Working with a manufacturing and assembly company in the Winter Park area that is seeking qualified MIG/TIG welders for 1st and 2nd shift!!!

Job Opportunity: Skilled Welders Needed

We are looking for talented welders to join our team, specializing in welding aluminum frames for automobiles. This role requires expertise in MIG and TIG welding, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Candidates should also be proficient in converting inch fractions into decimals.

• Must have experience with MIG AND TIG Welding. And must have experience performing both techniques on ALUMINUM***

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on aluminum frames.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints.
• Convert inch fractions into decimals for precise measurements.
• Ensure welds meet high safety and structural standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience with aluminum welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Skill in converting inch fractions into decimals.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM, Friday is available for overtime

2nd shift, Monday -Thursday , 4:30PM – 3:00AM, Friday is available for overtime

Pay

$20-25 hr. based on weld test and experience. Shift differential for 2nd shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.
