Knowledge, skills and abilities needed are:

• Ability to weld in a variety of positions.
• Knowledge of aluminum, stainless and carbon steels and the various processes of welding them.
• Layout, fit & weld fabricated components.
• Lift heavy objects and work in a variety of awkward positions, while bending, stooping, or standing to perform work.
• Flux, stick, MIG, TIG, carbon arc and full pen.
• Understand repair techniques.
• Press, heat, shrink assemblies.
• Positive workplace attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints.

Competitive pay range $20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience
$5.00 hour premium for 2nd shift
