OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE:

Le titulaire de ce poste sera sous la supervision du charge des services aériens ou de son suppléant pour assurer diverses activités de coordination et tâches operationnelles qui contribuent à fournir de services aériens sûrs et efficaces à la communauté d’aide humanitaire.

Description Générale:

Sous la supervision generale du Chef de l’aviation (CATO), le/la titulaire aura les principales responsabilités suivantes :

Tâches clés et Responsabilités:

  • Planifier des vols selon le programme des vols hebdomadaires, la disponibilité des avions et reservation d’une maniere efficace et rentable en respectant les règles de sécurité aerienne.
  • Conduire l’enregistrement des passagers et du cargo et transmettre les manifestes finalisés à l’officier aviation.
  • Communiquer à l’ensemble des usagers les heures d’enregistrement et de départ des vols.
  • Tenir au courant les passagers en salle d’embarquement de tout retard ou annulation.
  • Communiquer le payload à l’équipage. Récupération de la documentation de l’avion avant le départ et arrivee.
  • Inspecter les bagages et le cargo à transporter, contrôler les excédants de bagages et les matériels dangereux, etc., et tenir l’officier aviation, immédiatement informer de toute situation anormale.
  • Assurer le respect des procédures de sécurité et de sureté aux abords des avions UNHAS.
  • Contrôler l’embarquement et le débarquement des passagers en accord avec les procédures standards.
  • Coordonner avec les porteurs, la société de handling et les autorités locales de l’aéroport l’arrivée des vols UNHAS.
  • Communiquer les heures de départ et d’arrivée aux bureaux de suivi des vols.
  • Recevoir les avions et assurer la délivrance des bagages et du cargo aux passagers et aux partenaires et communiquer tous objets perdus ou trouvés à l’officier aviation.
  • Tenir un enregistrement des objets perdus ou trouvés et faire le suivi avec l’officier aviation, pour transmission aux points focaux des organisations concernées.
  • Correction des manifestes.
  • Classements des manifestes finalisés et des documents de vol.
  • Enregistrer dans le share drive toute documentation MEDEVAC reçue.
  • Assumer toutes autres tâches sur demande de l’officier aviation.

Connaissances et compétences :

• Connaissance du fonctionnement des operations aériennes et aéroportuaires.

• Connaissance des précautions à prendre en matière sureté et sécurité.

• Sens élevé des responsabilités et ponctualité.

• Honnêteté et intégrité.

• Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

• Aptitude à travailler en équipe.

• Aptitude à travailler par tous les temps.

Éducation : Diplôme d’études secondaires et postes secondaires.

Expérience : Au moins 3 ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente dans l’aviation.

Formation en Aviation ou dans un domaine connexe ou équivalent constitue un avantage pour les fonctions de mouvements aériens.

Connaissances Linguistiques:

• Maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite en français et une connaissance de l’anglais sera un atout.
