Organizational Context
The RAM Officer will be based in the Liberia Country Office and will support the development and implementation of food security analysis, monitoring, and evaluation activities. Liberia faces recurrent food insecurity challenges due to economic shocks, climate variability, and limited agricultural productivity. The RAM Officer will play a critical role in generating evidence to inform WFP”s strategic response and support national efforts to achieve food and nutrition security. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with WFP corporate standards and strategic objectives.
Job Purpose
To lead and support the generation, analysis, and use of evidence related to food security, nutrition, and programme performance. This includes vulnerability analysis, monitoring systems, decentralized evaluations, and capacity building efforts to inform WFP operations and national strategies.

Standard Minimum Qualifications
Education: Advanced University degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, or related field. First University degree with additional years of relevant experience may be accepted.
Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in food security analysis, monitoring, and evaluation.
Language: Fluency in English (Level C); knowledge of local languages is an asset.
Desired Experiences
Experience in humanitarian or development contexts.
Proficiency in statistical tools and data visualization platforms.
Familiarity with WFP’s vulnerability mapping and evaluation standards.
Experience in designing and implementing Theory of Change frameworks.
