We are seeking a Wholesale Junior Administrator (FTC) to support the Warehouse Operations Function within the business for a 6 month FTC. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating meetings, handling communication, and providing general administrative support.

What you can expect:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Answer emails, and respond to general enquiries
• Draft and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes

Your profile:

• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
