Workday Prism Analyst – Bank – London
Day rate: £600 – £800 (inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAPHybrid: 2 – 3 days on siteMy banking client is looking for a Senior Workday Prism Analytics analyst. They will be required to support the ongoing initiatives within the HR Platforms team. The team is looking to increase the uptake on the Workday reporting features, especially for senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team of experts in the space of Workday Analytics
• Manage stakeholder engagement across divisions and countries to understand MI requirements.
• Work with IT to provide internal customers with the best possible service.

Experience

• Workday Prism expert level expertise.
• Proven experience in working with advanced reports – matrix and composite
• Hands on experience in working with multiple Product Owners to create senior management dashboards
• Very good understanding of Workday security model – should be comfortable in navigating through complicated intersection based security setup to be able to come up with out of the box solution for reporting,
• Experience with Discovery Board, Worksheets and Slides
• Adaptable – able to adjust in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-motivated – should be able to drive BoW without too much direction

Desired Skills

• Agile Framework of delivery
• Understanding of Workday Recruitment
• Advanced Compensation or any experience in year-end compensation review process
• General BI analytics experience
