New employees can potentially earn $58k in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 50-hour work week. This includes the base rate, overtime and production bonuses.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Yard Equipment Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials using forklifts and/or other types of equipment in a manufacturing setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Load, rig steel joists and/or girders on trailers as assigned.
* Assist with loading and unloading material in shop as needed.
* Assist with steel joist bundles and yard layout as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to safety protocols.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
* Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
