Your key contributions will include:Partnering with Teachers: Actively assist in planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.Championing Student Success: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to nurture students’ academic, social, and emotional development.Supporting Diverse Needs: Play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to remove barriers to learning.Creating a Positive Environment: Help build a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where every child feels confident and valued.Celebrating Progress: Contribute to tracking student development and celebrating their achievements, big and small.What You’ll Bring to the Role:A genuine passion for working with children and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and parents.Patience, empathy, and resilience.A proactive and collaborative approach to your work.Previous experience working with children (in any setting) is highly valued.Experience supporting children with SEN is a significant advantage.Why Join Us?
