Join Our Team as a Converting Operator – Tier Four

Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday jobs-near-me.org 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Converting Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process-setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up and operating machinery per production specs and safety protocols
• Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitoring operations to maintain consistent quality and output
• Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance
• Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance
• Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Documenting production data and reporting issues
• Performing quality checks in line with our Quality Management System
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Supporting other tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures
• Basic math and computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
