Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a steady second-shift schedule and a team-focused environment? We’re hiring a Converting Operator – Tier Four to join our 2nd shift team and help us deliver high-quality products with precision and pride.

What You’ll Do

As a Converting Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining converting machinery while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specs and safety protocols
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize output
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks
• Operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately document production data and machine settings
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proven experience operating machinery in a production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety protocols and manufacturing equipment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in converting or similar manufacturing processes
