About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick Pack Associates to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that every order is fulfilled quickly, correctly, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
• Ensure items are properly labeled, protected, and meet quality requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer or scanner skills.

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible shifts may be available (days, evenings, or weekends).
