Account Executive Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18 hourly

Location: Houston, TX 77064

position Overview: The Account Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Account Executive Team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This individual must be highly organized, possess a solid understanding of accounts receivable and related accounting, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter Schedules of Accounts into the RIV2000 system
• Review schedules for red flags (credit limits, delinquencies, verifications)
• Assist with verbal and written invoice verifications per RIV2000 policies
• Make invoice status and collection calls as directed
• Order credit reports via Experian, CompuNet, and Dun & Bradstreet
• Create and mail debtor Notification Letters
• Support timely mailing of invoices to debtors
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Secondary Responsibilities:

• File invoice copies, Notification Letters, and Schedules of Accounts
• Assist with client Reserve releases and Fee Rebates
• Help create and distribute client/debtor default notices
• Prepare Client Bio Sheets and factoring program modification requests
• Monitor RIV2000 Access Reports to support team goals
• Maintain client Legal Files as needed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable and basic accounting
• Proficiency in office tasks and communication
• A collaborative and proactive work ethic
