Account Support Administrator

Pay Rate: £25,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday – Friday (09:00-17:00)

Location: Rugby – CV23 0XF

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Account Support Administrator to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To support a busy supply chain operation with essential administrative functions
• Responsible the management of vendor queries and drive customer satisfaction
• To support the wider leadership team with expense claims, business and travel bookings and business related arrangements
• A PA to the Operational Director – diary management

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Experience in Customer Service, ideally with a Retail customer
• Previous administrative experience desirable
• Good communications skills – both verbal and written
• Microsoft Excel skills – desirable
