Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month, exempt administrative Associate Dean of Advising, Wellness, and Career Services position in the Student Affairs department. The Associate Dean provides strategic leadership and oversight to Academic Advising, the Student Wellness Center, Career Services, and Student Success Coaching to develop institution-wide strategic goals around student success and retention. Utilizing a data-driven, solution-based approach and systems perspective, the Associate Dean leads with racial equity, focusing on best practices, innovation, creativity, positivity, careful listening, and accountability for self and team. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the Associate Dean leads comprehensive, equity-centered program and services that advance student success and inclusive practices across the college. The Associate Dean oversees program operations, supervises staff, allocates the departmental budgets, and collaborates with faculty and staff across campus to develop and maintain coordinated, holistic approaches to supporting and improving students access, retention, and completion.

Salary Range: $112,825 – $130,640 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
