Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month, exempt Director of Labor and Compliance position in the Office of People and Culture. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of People and Culture. The Office of People and Culture plays an integral role in advancing the College’s mission, Core Themes, Guided Pathways and the Social Equity plan.
The Director of Labor and Compliance provides strategic leadership and oversight for labor relations and institutional compliance. This position ensures adherence to federal, state, and local laws, collective bargaining agreements, and college policies while promoting a culture of fairness, accountability, and respect. The Director collaborates across departments to support a positive workplace environment aligned with the college’s mission and values, including a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Director should be equity-minded who is responsible for day-to-day administration of employee and labor relations administration and contributes to the college mission by advancing equitable outcomes through providing training, consultation, and effective contract and policy administration.

SALARY/BENEFITS:
Salary Range: $107,452 – $124,419 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
