The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banking & Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a leading and highly ranked Legal 500 law firm.The role will involve working on high-profile, complex transactions within real estate finance. You will handle a broad range of work including acquisitions, secured lending, asset management, and commercial and residential development finance, with a particular focus on transactional work. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex real estate finance transactions and a deep understanding of the sector. You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients, providing expert legal advice in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
