The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banking & Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a leading and highly ranked Legal 500 law firm.The role will involve working on high-profile, complex transactions within real estate finance. You will handle a broad range of work including acquisitions, secured lending, asset management, and commercial and residential development finance, with a particular focus on transactional work. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex real estate finance transactions and a deep understanding of the sector. You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients, providing expert legal advice in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Ideal Candidate4+ years PQE with strong experience in real estate finance and/or general finance work.Proven ability to manage complex real estate finance transactions.Strong focus on transactional work, including acquisitions, investments, secured lending, and asset management.Experience in both commercial and residential development finance.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.A keen desire to progress within a leading law firm, with a focus on intellectual and professional development.This is a permanent position with the opportunity to join a leading firm that offers highly competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a clear path for progression.
