MUST:
Eligible for Public Trust
8+ years of experience supporting Data and reporting projects working as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst or Project management support roles
5+ years of experience working with Business Objects (BoXI) integrations
Working knowledge of GenAI
Knowledge of security requirements and processes in the context of FedRAMP
Proven experience in managing integration projects, preferably within the federal government and/or a highly regulated environment
Experience in facilitating technical meetings and project planning
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
High attention to details
Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical
Current Security+ce, CCSK or SSCP certification (other cloud/security certs may be considered)
PMP certification is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
DUTIES :
The ideal candidate will help with establishing and managing the framework and processes for the VA Box Integrations program
Manage integration planning, tracking, and execution
Research and evaluate integration tools and technologies
Coordinate troubleshooting environment issues related to integrations and engage additional teams as needed
Review projects for potential risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies
Create and maintain integration governance strategy; delivery goals; roadmap; processes; standard operating procedures (SOPs); and other documentation to ensure a structured and compliant approach to all integrations
Assist with tracking the acquisition and level of effort (LOE) related to Box Integrations
Present Integration use cases to the security team to ensure they meet security requirements
Engage the Box.com Federal team to stay on top of new features and identify opportunities to increase the potential of integrations, such as supporting integrations utilizing Box AI
