About the Role

As a CNC Machinist III, you will manufacture high-precision implants and surgical instruments used in medical applications. You’ll be the go-to expert on CNC setup, programming adjustments, and troubleshooting, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll also mentor less experienced machinists and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines with precision and efficiency
• Meet or exceed production and quality expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling or fixture issues
• Modify CNC programs as needed in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering
• Train Level 1 and Level 2 machinists on equipment and inspection procedures
• Build tooling and ensure proper inspection setups to meet quality standards
• Maintain compliance with all FDA, ISO, and internal safety regulations
• Document any process deviations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring

education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 10–20 years of hands-on machining experience

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in writing and editing CNC programs
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Skilled in process and tooling design from print to production
• Working knowledge of all types of CNC equipment
• Ability to mentor others and lead by example

Pay Details: $21.00 to $31.00 per hour
