Summary:
Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is seeking flexible and dependable part-time Role Players to support reality-based training exercises for federal law enforcement trainees at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. Role Players are critical to enhancing the realism and effectiveness of training scenarios by portraying civilians and suspects in dynamic, scripted, and improvisational environments.

Job Duties:

* Portray a wide range of characters including bystanders, shopkeepers, suspects, and family members
* Memorize and accurately follow role briefs and scenario objectives
* Remain “in character” throughout entire training scenario duration
* Perform basic physical actions (e.g., walking, crouching, lying down) as required by role
* Follow all safety, security, and behavioral protocols at FLETC
* Dress in role-appropriate clothing or provided costume
* Take direction from instructors and scenario leads; adapt performance based on feedback
* Support multiple, concurrent training exercises as scheduled

Basic Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED
* Valid US Driver’s License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
* Physically and mentally capable of safely performing role duties
* Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or training environments
* Prior Role Player experience
* FBI, Federal Marshall, ATF, Customs & Border Patrol, State or local law enforcement, ICE, Coast Guard Law Enforcement, or Texas Rangers experience is a plus

Working Environment:

Report times may vary between 6:15 AM and 6:00 PM, with roles typically lasting 2 to 4 hours. Some sessions may conclude as late as midnight. The job requires the ability to perform physical actions such as running, jumping, crouching, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, and lying on the ground, as required by training scenarios.
